The organizer collects and uses personal information for exhibition viewing, event operation, post-event reporting, and visitor statistical analysis.

ο Items collected: Name, Gender, Age group, Occupation, Mobile phone number, Email address
ο Method of collection: On-site visitor registration, Pre-registration for visitors

The collected personal information will be retained and used for 2 years from the end of the event for exhibition viewing, event operation, post-event reporting, visitor statistical analysis, and exhibition industry statistical data management. Once the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the information will be destroyed without delay. However, if preservation is required under relevant laws and regulations, the company will retain the information for the period specified by such laws.

Personal information will not be used for any purposes other than those consented to by the provider. If the provider wishes to refuse the use of the provided personal information, they may request access, correction, or deletion through the Chief Privacy Officer.
※ Note: Pre-registration will not be possible if you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information.

However, if you do not consent, you will not be able to receive invitations, event updates, or discount benefits for future exhibitions provided by the organizer.
